Returns

Given the unique nature of these handcrafted knives, I’m unable to offer returns, but I fully guarantee them against any manufacturing defects. Most importantly, I want you to be completely satisfied with your knife. If for any reason your knife doesn't meet your expectations, please reach out to me via email. Please note that issues resulting from improper use or care (e.g., rust forming after being left in water, or a blade cracking from cutting frozen items) are not considered manufacturing defects.

Age Restriction Policy

Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase knives from Hellbender Steelworks. By completing a purchase, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Hellbender Steelworks reserves the right to request age verification and to cancel orders if this requirement is not met. Hellbender Steelworks is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or legal issues that arise from the use or misuse of its products.

 

International Orders

If you are outside of the U.S. and would like to purchase a blade, please send me an email and we can evaluate your country-specific policies for shipping knives. For international orders, the buyer assumes all responsibility and additional costs for any issues that may arise during shipping, as I cannot offer guarantees for these shipments.
