Little Bit is a charming paring knife on the smaller side, perfect for precision tasks. The handle features buckeye burl that once belonged to my late uncle, a skilled and passionate woodworker, while the blade steel, salvaged from a Tennessee sawmill, was gifted to me by my brother-in-law. The buckeye burl is stunning, with its natural yellow and black tones free of any dyes that are typically required to color wood. The wood looks like it was meant for this blade, as the black coloration flows seamlessly into the dark forge scale on the blade. This little knife is ideal for peeling, trimming, slicing small items, or even making your charcuterie board pop! Small in size but big on character, Little Bit is ready to shine in your kitchen, or even on your belt as a general purpose utility knife!
