The wood is an exceptional piece of curly maple, whose brilliant chatoyancy catches the light and shimmers beautifully. The materials used on this blade have personal significance, as the wood previously belonged to my late uncle, a skilled and passionate woodworker, and the blade steel is from a Tennessee sawmill that was gifted to me by my brother-in-law. Tiger Stripe is as functional as it is classy, with its ergonomic design and sharp edge ensuring that it performs beautifully, whether you’re slicing, dicing, or prepping ingredients.
