Cave Dream derives its name from the moment I first etched the blade, revealing a pattern that reminded me of stalactites and stalagmites. This theme is woven throughout the design, with an ebony front piece symbolizing the deep darkness of caves and a burl rear piece echoing the rich clay tones and unique formations found underground. The handle has been carefully hand-sanded to a buttery-smooth finish for a comfortable and secure grip. Well-balanced, razor-sharp, and designed to be used daily, this knife is as practical as it is one-of-a-kind. I encourage its owner to put it to work in the kitchen and enjoy it!
I've included some fossils in the background of the images of the knife (reminders of the ancient life preserved in caves). These fossils are not included with the knife for sale.
